Our Shipping and Return Policy
SARDIN is committed to providing absolute satisfaction with each of your purchases; we will do everything that we can to make sure your new products meet your expectations. Returns are happily accepted within 14 days of receiving the item. Although we are not able to accept exchanges, as SARDIN operates without any excess garment stock, we may be able to help with a specific exchange enquiry – and encourage all those who wish to exchange products to contact us.
Return items must be in new condition with original tags attached. We will refund the purchase amount to the original form of payment. Unfortunately we are not currently able to reimburse shipping. SARDIN reserves the right to reject returns which do not comply with our return policy. Returns that do not respect our policy may be sent back to the original shipping address at our discretion.

We are unable to offer exchanges at this time.
A refund will be issued once ordered goods arrive severely damaged (to be assessed and determined under Sardin’s discretion) or does not arrive within a 2 month time window once note of delivery has been initiated and communicate to customer.
We are always seeking out the most sustainable, low-impact shipping methods for SARDIN products. We endeavour to keep our customer base informed at every stage, as we explore new, innovative solutions to the environmental challenges of deliveries and postage. The same goes for SARDIN’s packaging.
Current shipping and handling procedures in 2-steps:

1. Products sold via SARDIN are shipped in bulk from the factories to our European facility; where they will be repacked to intercept any unwanted plastic. We recycle intercepted accumulated plastic.

2. Sardin ships in 100% recycled packaging to our customers.

Due to the nature of brands' varying "by-order" production schedules once a SARDIN's 30-day campaign closes our shipping window can range from 4 to 12 weeks.
